Skill set - Expert FEA Modeler to support Suspension Systems

Tools - Hypermesh/Ansa

Domain Knowledge:


• Meshing Software Proficiency: Skilled in using meshing software such as Altair/Hyperworks and ANSA

• CAD Tool Proficiency: Experienced with CAD tools, specifically CATIA / 3DX

• PLM Software Experience: Experience utilizing PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) software, with a preference for Teamcenter

• Automotive System Expertise: Knowledge and experience related to suspension, steering, and mounts

• Interpersonal Skills: Possessing excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

• Work Ethic: Being achievement-oriented and a strong team player

Job Description :


• CAD Geometry Management: Performing cleanup of CAD geometry

• CAE Model Development: Building high-quality Durability CAE assembly models for chassis suspension, including defining constraints and loads

• Modeling Techniques: Demonstrating familiarity with both hexahedral and shell modeling

• Simulation Pre-processing: Gaining experience in desk preparation using the Abaqus user interface

• Analysis & Validation: Conducting model check run analysis, specifically by performing modal analysis

• Documentation: Creating detailed documentation of modeling specifics and preparing checklists
