Key Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Execution

  • Assist in originating and executing M&A, Private Equity, Debt Syndication, and Capital Market transactions.

  • Develop and maintain complex financial models and valuation analysis.

  • Prepare pitch books, information memorandums, and client presentations.

  • Client & Investor Engagement

  • Support in managing client relationships and coordinating due diligence.

  • Liaise with investors, lenders, and other financial institutions during transaction processes.

  • Participate in deal negotiations and structuring under guidance of senior team members.

  • Research & Analysis

  • Conduct industry, market, and company research to identify opportunities.

  • Analyze financial statements, business models, and sectoral trends.

  • Track deal activity and maintain market intelligence.

  • Internal Contribution

  • Maintain MIS, trackers, and deal pipeline.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of corporate finance, capital markets, and investment banking products.
  • Excellent financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple transactions.
  • Attention to detail and high standards of accuracy.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA (preferred).
  • 15 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or related fields.
  • Exposure to live deal execution and client handling will be an advantage.
