About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Banking Intern to join our dynamic research and analytics team. This role offers hands-on exposure to the end-to-end investment banking process, including M&A, capital markets, valuations, financial modeling, and sector intelligence.

As an intern, you will work closely with experienced professionals to support global investment banks, private equity firms, and advisory clients across diverse industries. This opportunity is ideal for individuals seeking to build a strong foundation in financial analysis, deal research, and investment banking operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct industry, company, and market research to support M&A and capital markets transactions.
  • Assist in the preparation of pitchbooks, teasers, Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs), and investor presentations.
  • Support the development of financial models and valuation analyses (DCF, trading comps, precedent transactions).
  • Perform target screening, benchmarking, and comparable company analysis across sectors.
  • Provide analytical and data-driven insights to support due diligence and deal execution.
  • Contribute to sector intelligence reports and thought leadership content.
  • Assist with data visualization, dashboarding, and automation initiatives using Excel or BI tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, timely outputs in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation concepts, and corporate finance fundamentals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or VBA is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, research, and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
