We're Hiring – Sales Associates (Kolkata / Eastern India)


Ready to build a career in sales with a fast-growing cosmetics manufacturer?

We're looking for 2 Sales Associates to support our expansion in both B2B (Hotels/Hospitals) and B2C (Distribution/Retail) markets.

1. B2B Sales Associate – Hospitality & Institutional Supplies

You'll:

  • Assist senior executive in pitching to hotels, guesthouses & hospitals
  • Visit clients, share product samples & follow up on orders
  • Identify and reach out to potential clients (hotels, hospitals, guesthouses, distributors).
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets with a mix of new client acquisition and repeat orders.

We need:

  • Freshers or up to 1 year of sales experience
  • Good communication skills, confidence in field visits
  • Target-driven & eager to learn

2. B2C Sales & Marketing Associate – Retail & Online

You'll:

  • Travel to districts across Eastern India to open new distributors & retailers
  • Build and maintain a strong distributor/dealer network
  • Support sales promotions, product launches & retail visibility
  • Report back market intelligence & sales performance

We need:

  • At least 2 years in FMCG/distribution sales preferred
  • Willing to travel extensively across districts
  • Energetic, target-driven, strong relationship-building skills
