Key Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell Olympiad programs to educational institutions so that students can participate in the Olympiad.
- Develop and maintain relationships with schools, educational institutions, and other potential clients.
- Conduct presentations and seminars to educate and inform potential participants about our programs.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and participant information.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional materials.
- Participate in events, exhibitions, and other promotional activities as required.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to effectively position our programs in the market.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience with a minimum of 2 years in B2S (Business to School) sales experience in academic products to schools.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and Hindi/Bengali (spoken).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Willingness to travel within Kolkata and surrounding areas as needed.
