We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial planning, analysis, and decision-making for our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the company's financial health and stability by managing financial resources, identifying risks, and optimizing financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Planning and Analysis:

  2. Develop and implement financial plans, including budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans.

  3. Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

  4. Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders, including management, board of directors, and investors.

  5. Financial Management:

  6. Manage cash flow, including forecasting, monitoring, and optimizing cash inflows and outflows.

  7. Identify and mitigate financial risks, including market risk, credit risk, and operational risk.

  8. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, laws, and standards.

  9. Team Management:

  10. Lead and manage a team of finance professionals, including accountants, analysts, and financial planners.

  11. Provide guidance, training, and development opportunities to team members.

  12. Financial Reporting and Compliance:

  13. Prepare and file financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

  14. Ensure compliance with financial reporting requirements, including tax laws and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹30,000.00 per month
