Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of AI, based in Gurugram. In this position, you will lead AI-driven projects, oversee a team of AI engineers and data scientists, and define AI strategies to support business goals. Responsibilities include designing and implementing AI models, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions, and staying updated on advancements in artificial intelligence to ensure innovative approaches. You will also be responsible for identifying areas where AI can optimize processes and provide scalable solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning concepts
  • Expertise in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java relevant to AI model development
  • Skills in Data Analysis, Data Engineering, and working with large datasets
  • Proven experience in leading teams and managing AI-focused projects
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure
  • Excellent communication and cross-collaboration abilities
  • Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience in specific industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, or manufacturing) is a plus
