Hiring: Inside Sales Executive – Skyfinity Interiors

Experience:
1–3 years (Interior design / real-estate industry preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls from prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide information about interior design services.
- Convert qualified leads into site visits and follow up until closure.
- Maintain lead records in the CRM and track daily/weekly sales performance.
- Coordinate with the design and operations teams for client appointments & updates.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in inside sales / tele-sales / customer engagement.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Kannada, and Hindi (any two required).
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle high volumes of calls and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of interiors / modular kitchens / real estate is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
