About the Role

Oma IVF is looking for a compassionate and skilled IVF Patient Counsellor to guide patients through their infertility treatment journey. The role involves patient coordination, emotional & psychological support, and financial counselling, ensuring a seamless and reassuring experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counsel IVF/IUI patients during all stages stimulation, OPU, ET, and BETA HCG results.
  • Coordinate treatments & ensure no patient misses critical injections (HCG trigger).
  • Provide financial counselling costs, packages, add-ons, and planning for multiple cycles.
  • Support patients emotionally after failed cycles & guide them on next steps.
  • Organize support group meetings and patient awareness sessions.
  • Maintain records on ART dashboard and present reports in monthly clinical meetings.

Candidate Profile

  • Qualification: Master's in Psychology / Counselling / Social Work OR Nursing background with counselling experience.
  • Experience: 2–5 years in IVF/Infertility/Healthcare counselling preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication, empathy, emotional intelligence, and ability to explain both medical & financial aspects in simple terms.
