Role Overview:

As a Principal Product Designer, you will be at the forefront of imagining and reimagining design for the next generation of AI -powered products. You will help define the future of UX experience, collaborating across teams to integrate cutting-edge technologies that make our product even more intuitive, intelligent, and powerful. This role will require you to be a thought leader, driving company-wide initiatives that blend design excellence with forward-thinking AI innovation, making Product ecosystem smarter and more valuable for users.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic design initiatives across the product lifecycle, including activation, retention, and renewal.
  • Identify high-level opportunities across the product portfolio to enhance user experience and business outcomes.
  • Define user journeys and design approaches informed by research and customer behavior.
  • Own design-led projects from concept to delivery.
  • Develop and implement scalable, repeatable design patterns and systems.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to align design with user needs, psychology & product USPs.
  • Establish style standards for typography and visual design.
  • Adopt an iterative design mindset and provide reasoned, well-supported design opinions.
  • Review requirements and technical specifications to deliver timely, actionable feedback.

Prerequisites

  • Knowledge of UX design best practices, including user interface ergonomics, knowledge of responsive design, data protection and security principles in Tech product environment
  • Expert level knowledge of human interaction design.
  • Balanced mindset when it comes to functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.
  • Experience with design & graphical tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or similar
  • Demonstrated experience in technology product design
  • Experience in Agile development environments
