Tele Sales Executive (Photography & Videography)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Generate leads through outbound cold calling to potential clients.
  • Follow up on warm leads to convert them into customers.
  • Client Interaction and Needs Analysis: Contact potential clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email to introduce services.
  • Understand client requirements, such as for weddings, maternity shoots, or corporate projects, to recommend suitable photography and videography packages.
  • Answer product and service-related questions, explaining features and pricing.
  • Sales and Closing: Present the company's value proposition and persuade potential clients to book services.
  • Negotiate and close deals over the phone, managing objections professionally.
  • Schedule meetings between prospects and the senior sales team when necessary.
  • Administrative and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, and sales activities in a CRM system or spreadsheet.
  • Follow up with clients regularly to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Coordinate with the sales and production teams to ensure a smooth handover after a booking is confirmed.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and report on progress regularly.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in telemarketing or telesales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and build rapport.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
