Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Amazon

CTC: ₹32,000 per month (₹29,000 in-hand) + Incentives

Workdays: 5 days/week + 2 additional leaves (Total 20 working days/month)

Experience: 1 year in voice process mandatory

Eligibility: 12th pass, Fresher can apply (for training roles)

Location: Sector 62, Noida

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer calls and queries professionally
  • Provide excellent support for Amazon services
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively and politely
  • Achieve daily targets and maintain call quality
  • Maintain proper records and call logs
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet goals

Requirements:

  • Excellent spoken English (fluent communication mandatory)
  • Good problem-solving and customer handling skills
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Prior experience of 1 year in a voice process is mandatory
