As part of a high-performing team focused on delivering best-in-class automated business solutions.

  • Lead technical solution design and integration, serving as a subject matter expert in automation projects.
  • Develop and implement automation solutions, integrating with external systems using scripting languages such as Python, SQL, and C#
  • Collaborate with the Product team to interpret product updates and translate them into actionable execution and documentation strategies.
  • Research and experiment with emerging technologies, tools, and methodologies to drive innovation and enhance service delivery.
  • Responsible for managing all Sev1 and Sev2 Incidents ensuring that issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Enhance team practices by introducing industry standards in automation, compliance, and reporting.
  • Work closely with Operations teams to analyze client feedback, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements that address client needs and feature requests.

Qualifications
Candidates are preferred to have a minimum of 5-7 years' in the delivery of automation projects in the insurance / financial services, consumer directed accounts environment, possess strong accountability, problem solving for the greater good, the ability to maintain solid relationships, and exhibit attention to detail in conjunction with excellent communication skills.

The following abilities, knowledge and skills are required for a production operations analyst to succeed in his/her job:

  • Possess strong communication skills and the ability to work alongside non-technical teams.
  • Python scripting skills is a must-have and will be assessed as part of the interview process.
  • SQL scripting skills is a must-have and will be assessed as part of the interview process.
  • Experience in gathering business requirements and translating them into functional design specifications
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work with limited supervision
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to deliver simple and innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Experience with an automation software package (Unify, BluePrism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, PEGA, PowerAutomate, Alteryx)
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow
  • Worked with an Agile development environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize workload effectively and thrive in a dynamic and complex environment.
  • Experience in Incident Management/Command
