Job Summary:

The Performance Marketing Executive will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels to generate high-quality leads for interior design and fit-out projects. The role requires a deep understanding of paid media platforms, analytics, and conversion optimization to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Optimize campaigns for lead generation and conversion using data-driven insights.
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop engaging ad creatives.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, ROI, and CPL (Cost per Lead).
  • Manage marketing budgets and allocate spends efficiently.
  • Analyze customer journey data to improve conversion rates.
  • Stay updated on performance marketing trends and competitor strategies.

Job Type: Full-time
