About the Role

The Performance Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on digital marketing campaigns across paid channels to drive measurable business results. The ideal candidate is data-driven, analytical, and experienced in managing paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic channels.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Campaign Management

  2. Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, LinkedIn, and other ad platforms.

  3. Monitor performance daily to ensure campaigns meet key KPIs (CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate).
  4. Conduct A/B tests on ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages.

  5. Strategy & Planning

  6. Assist in developing digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

  7. Identify new opportunities for growth, audience targeting, and improvement in funnel performance.
  8. Conduct competitor and market analysis to guide campaign strategy.

  9. Analytics & Reporting

  10. Track and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, data dashboards, and ad platform insights.

  11. Generate weekly/monthly performance reports highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
  12. Analyze user behavior, attribution paths, and conversion funnels to improve ROI.

  13. Budget & Forecasting

  14. Manage daily and monthly campaign budgets to ensure optimal spending.

  15. Forecast performance and adjust spending based on trends and objectives.

  16. Collaboration

  17. Work with creative teams to develop ad creatives, copies, and landing pages.

  18. Collaborate with sales, content, and product teams to ensure messaging alignment across campaigns.

  19. Optimization & Growth

  20. Continuously refine targeting, bidding strategies, and ad placements.

  21. Test new channels, tools, and automation features to enhance performance.
  22. Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics (GA4).
  • Hands-on experience with keyword research, audience segmentation, and ad creative analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills; ability to interpret complex data.
  • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and budget tracking.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Knowledge of SEO, CRO, and landing page optimization.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with e-commerce, SaaS, or B2B digital marketing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300, ₹600,000.00 per year
