Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented
LMS Executive (Class Coordinator)
to manage our Learning Management System and ensure smooth coordination of online classes at Acadmus Edtech Pvt. Ltd.
Key Responsibilities
LMS Management:
- Manage and maintain the LMS platform to ensure a seamless learning experience.
- Upload and update course materials, videos, assignments, and assessments.
- Create and manage student and trainer accounts on the LMS.
- Monitor LMS performance, track learner progress, and generate weekly reports.
- Troubleshoot LMS-related technical issues and coordinate with the tech team for fixes.
Class Coordination:
- Schedule online classes and ensure all session links, timings, and resources are shared with learners.
- Coordinate with trainers for class planning, session updates, and attendance.
- Maintain class attendance records and share daily/weekly reports.
- Address student queries related to classes, schedules, LMS access, and course navigation.
- Ensure classes start and end on time, with proper communication to all parties.
Student Support & Communication:
- Respond to student queries via WhatsApp, email, or calls.
- Assist learners with login issues, course access problems, and content navigation.
- Ensure timely updates about class changes, holidays, assessments, etc.
Quality & Reporting:
- Conduct regular quality checks on content uploaded to the LMS.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly LMS and class coordination reports.
- Share feedback and improvements with the management and trainers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum
1 year experience
in LMS operations, class coordination, or Edtech support. - Basic knowledge of LMS platforms (Moodle, TalentLMS, Teachmint, Thinkific, etc.).
- Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel.
- Ability to multitask and manage classes independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in online class administration or Edtech operations.
- Ability to handle student escalations professionally.
- Tech-friendly and quick learner.
