About the Role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and technically sound Sales & Service Executive who will be responsible for promoting our products, handling client interactions, and providing machine/service support. This role is ideal for a B.Tech fresher who wants to build a career in technical sales and machine servicing.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential customers and generate new leads.
  • Present and promote company products to clients.
  • Handle customer inquiries and share relevant product information.
  • Follow up with customers to close sales.

Service Responsibilities:

  • Visit client sites for machine installation and basic servicing.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot minor issues in machines.
  • Coordinate with senior engineers for complex technical issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / related field).
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Basic technical understanding of machines/equipment.
  • Willingness to travel for client visits and service calls.
  • Problem-solving attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to manage time and handle customer needs efficiently.
