Key Job ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Management: Lead and mentor a team of marketers, fostering collaboration and high performance and plan submissions for relevant awards.

Brand Development: Create and execute comprehensive brand strategies that align with client objectives and drive growth. Consumer Insights: Utilise research and data to uncover consumer insights, identify market opportunities, and guide strategic decisions. Campaign Planning: Collaborate with creative, media, and account teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

Client Relations: Act as the primary strategic advisor to clients, building strong relationships and delivering high-quality strategic recommendations.Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to understand competitive landscapes, identify trends, and anticipate industry shifts. Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging practices, sharing knowledge with the team and clients. Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of brand strategies and campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed.

New Business Development: Support business development efforts by providing strategic insights and contributing to pitch presentations. Position RequisitesEducational Background: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Experience: 5-6 years in brand strategy and marketing, with at least 1 year in a leadership role (Apply only if your experience aligns with the specified range).

Strategic Thinker: Proven ability to develop successful creative brand strategies for leading brands. Consumer-Centric: Strong understanding of consumer behaviour and market research methodologies. Client Management: Strong client-facing skills with a proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
