Job Description:

As a Brand Marketing Manager, you will lead all brand marketing activities for the New Holland brand. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive marketing plan to support brand building and lead generation.
  • Creating and implementing brand communication strategies across various platforms.
  • Designing and executing integrated brand campaigns, including media planning with agencies.
  • Developing content such as product brochures, product videos, and product features material.

You will also be responsible for planning and developing corporate events, designing and executing brand and corporate communications, and tracking and measuring brand equity through key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:Qualifications:

MBA or equivalent degree in marketing or a related field.

Experience:

5-7 years of experience in brand marketing, marketing communications, or brand management roles in automotive, capital goods, industrial, or consumer durables sectors.

Skills:

Strong relationship-building skills, with internal stakeholders such as Product Management, Sales, and Network Development teams, as well as external agencies in creative, media, PR, and event services.
