Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Specialist to join our team at Graphisads Ltd. The ideal candidate will be passionate about people management and fostering a positive work culture. As an HR Specialist, you will play a crucial role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent to drive our company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions in collaboration with department heads.
Develop and implement effective onboarding and training programs to support the integration and growth of new employees.
Administer employee benefits programs and provide support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.
Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and industry best practices.
Oversee performance management processes, including conducting performance reviews and providing guidance on professional development opportunities.
Proactively identify opportunities for improving employee engagement and retention, and develop strategies to address them.
Stay updated on HR trends and best practices to ensure Graphisads Ltd remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (Masters degree preferred)
Proven experience working in HR roles, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar capacity.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively collaborate with employees at all levels of the organization.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
An HR certification is a plus.
