The candidate will be responsible for managing a broad spectrum of HR operations, driving strategic HR initiatives aligned with business goals, and fostering a productive and compliant work environment.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Onboarding- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for engineering and other business units including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection. - Partner with hiring managers to understand skill requirements and business needs. - Manage onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.Employee Relations & Engagement- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and concerns, promoting a positive work environment. - Handle conflict resolution and employee grievance processes promptly and fairly. - Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and retention.Performance Management- Facilitate performance appraisal cycles, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals. - Support managers in setting performance expectations and developing improvement plans. - Drive succession planning and talent development initiatives.Learning & Development- Coordinate training programs and career development activities to upskill employees. - Identify skills gaps and recommend relevant learning interventions.Compensation & Benefits- Manage compensation review and benefits administration in line with company policies and market standards. - Collaborate with finance and payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement.Compliance & Policy Management- Ensure full compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and internal HR policies. - Update HR policies and communicate changes effectively to all employees. - Conduct audits and maintain proper documentation for HR processes.HR Operations & Reporting- Maintain and update employee records, HRIS systems, and generate management reports. - Support organizational restructuring, workforce planning, and change management activities.Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Engineering background preferred. - Proven experience (12–15 years) as HR Generalist, with exposure to engineering or technical teams. - Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels. - Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. - Proficient in HRIS and MS Office tools. - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with integrity and confidentiality.
