Inviting applications for the role of Manager, User Experience (UX) designer
A UX Design Manager who designs and oversees design work, ensuring the delivery of user-centered design solutions. Their role involves strategic planning, fostering innovation, and maintaining high-quality standards to enhance overall user experiences.
Responsibilities

•    Effectively communicate ideas and concepts through visual means, ensuring clarity and comprehension among target audiences.

•    Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all design assets.

•    Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

•    Develop visually engaging designs for various corporate communication materials, including but not limited to presentations, reports, infographics, brochures, newsletters, digital assets, and marketing collateral.

•    Design visually compelling emailers/Newsletters that adhere to brand guidelines and drive engagement with our aligned team and stakeholders. This includes creating eye-catching layouts, graphics, and imagery that enhance the overall email experience. 

•    Format and design PowerPoint presentations for internal and external use, including sales pitches, client presentations, training materials, and executive briefings. Collaborate with presenters to create visually appealing slides that effectively convey key messages and data.

•    Contribute to the development of creative strategies and concepts for communication campaigns, product launches, events, and other corporate initiatives. 

•    Strategic Planning\: Develop and implement strategic plans aligning UI/UX design with overall business objectives.

•    Project Oversight\: Manage end-to-end design processes for projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to design standards.

•    Quality Assurance\: Maintain and enforce design standards, conducting regular reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.

•    Training and Development\: Facilitate training programs and professional development opportunities for the UI/UX design team.

•    Stakeholder Communication\: Effectively communicate design strategies, progress, and outcomes to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

•    Risk Management\: Identify potential design challenges and develop strategies to mitigate risks and overcome obstacles.

•    Problem-Solving\: Apply critical thinking to address design challenges.

•    Wireframing and Prototyping\: Create wireframes and prototypes for design concepts.

•    UI Design\: Develop visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.

•    User Research\: Conduct research to understand user needs and preferences.

•    Collaboration\: Work closely with cross-functional teams for design integration.

•    Accessibility\: Ensure designs adhere to accessibility standards.

•    Deadline Management\: Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines.

•    Iterative Design\: Continuously refine and evolve designs based on feedback
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications

•    Bachelor's Degree in any stream with relevant experience.

•    Experience in product design and consulting experience with Enterprise (SaaS) and Consumer Product Design across Health Care and Life Sciences vertical.

•    Proficiency in design tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Creative suite, and Figma or similar software.

•    Hands-on experience working with PowerPoint presentations to edit or design slides.

•    Basic understanding of using, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

•    Strong portfolio demonstrating design projects.

•    Proficiency in design tools (Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe XD, Figma,).

•    Deep understanding of user-centered design principles.

•    Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

•    Expertise in prototyping and usability testing.

•    Stay updated on industry trends.

•    Excellent communication skills.

•    Attention to detail and a keen eye for design.

•    Knowledge about tools such as Tableau and Power BI would be an advantage
