Position: Assistant Manager - Marketing

Reporting to: Manager - Marketing

Role Overview:

To act as the execution backbone of the Marketing Department ensuring timely rollout of brand campaigns, new store launch promotions, franchisee marketing support, and coordination across

internal & external stakeholders (agencies, vendors, internal departments). This role will support the Marketing Head in transforming ideas into on-ground impact across 200+ outlets and growing.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Campaign & Brand Execution

-Assist in end-to-end rollout of brand campaigns (festivals, product launches, national campaigns)

- Ensure on-time delivery of creative assets, outlet banners, in-store branding collaterals

- Coordinate with social media & performance marketing team for digital amplification

B. Franchisee Marketing Coordination

- Handle marketing queries from franchise owners (WhatsApp/Calls/Email)

- Share pre-approved creatives & LSM toolkits for local promotions

Track requests for outlet-specific posters, flyers, events, and resolve within TAT

C. New Store Launch Marketing

- Create & execute new outlet marketing checklist (GMB, Flyers, Insta Teasers, Collaterals)

- Coordinate with BD, NSO and Ops for location data, offers, budgets

- Support on-ground launch events when required

D. Vendor & Agency Coordination

- Manage timelines with external agencies (creative, printer, ad agency)

-Track work orders, billing, deliverables, and feedback from field teams

- Ensure cost-effective execution aligned with brand guidelines

E. Reporting & Process Hygiene

Maintain trackers for campaign spends, outlet-wise marketing support, deliverables

Support brand audits with documentation of past campaigns & creatives

Submit weekly execution status to Marketing Head

Qualifications & Experience:

-Education: Graduate in Marketing / Mass Comm / Business; MBA preferred.

- Experience: 4-5 years in brand/marketing executive role (FMCG/QSR/Retail preferred)

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong coordination & follow-up skills

- Familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets, Canva

- Understanding of local store marketing & franchisee environment

- Fluent in Hindi, English; Gujarati is a bonus
