  • Plan, develop, and implement integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
  • Lead brand development and strategy, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Manage digital outreach activities including social media marketing, SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and online advertising.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, product, and design to ensure alignment on campaign objectives.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and CRM platforms.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and insights.
  • Contribute to the creation of marketing content, including brochures, case studies, presentations, and blog articles.
  • Required Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in B2B marketing within the IT/Software sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
