Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end project activities in the Legal KPO / publishing domain.
  • Perform proofreading and quality checks on legal or publishing content.
  • Support project management and delivery timelines for book or content publishing assignments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure workflow accuracy and timely completion.
  • Ensure adherence to project specifications and content standards.

Skills and Competencies (Mandatory):

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficient in computer operations and internet usage.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Basic computer knowledge is essential.
  • Exposure to project management in book publishing.

Preferred:

  • Availability for morning shift (6:30 AM onwards).
  • XML / HTML knowledge and relevant work experience.
  • Prior proofreading experience will be an added advantage.
