Job Title: Salesforce BA

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 2+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Translate functional requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with Salesforce architects and developers to design scalable solutions.
  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements leveraging Salesforce capabilities.
  • Support UAT, release validation, and user onboarding activities.
  • Maintain product backlog and ensure continuous alignment with project goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a
    Business Analyst
    on
    Salesforce Core (Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud)
    .
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, process flows, and integration capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with
    Agile methodologies (Scrum)
    preferred.
  • Salesforce certification (Admin or BA-related) is a plus.
