Job Description:

  1. Experience in creating backlog user stories from high level business requirements
  2. Managing traceability from BRs to User Stories
  3. Sprint boxing the backlog with iterative refining
  4. Defining sprint objectives and leading the demo to showcase fulfilment of sprint objective
  5. Ability to create release notes against key milestones
  6. Tracking key dependencies & risks by priority & date sensitivity
  7. Good understanding of Admin activities
  8. Role, Profile & Permission Sets
  9. Security
  10. Good understanding of
    Sa les Cloud & Service Cloud
  11. Lead Nurturing
  12. Case Management
  13. Slack integration with ability to perform lead nurturing & case management
  14. SMS & WhatsApp integration
  15. Familiarity with Financial Services Cloud is highly desirable
  16. Understanding of data model to support individual, household, HUF types of accounts
  17. Understanding of different types of transactions
  18. Customer 360 view
  19. Familiarity with backend core systems for wealth management in India is highly desirable
  20. KYC, Address & CAS verification
  21. AML & Credit Rating check
  22. E-Signature using Leegality or equivalent system
  23. Wealth Spectrum, Trackwizz, BSE StAR, 1SilverBullet etc.
