Please find mentioned below the job description:

Years of Experience: 5-8 years

Location: Mumbai (Kandivali)

(Permanent role- Work from clients office but on Krios payroll)

Certifications: Salesforce Service Cloud or Sales Cloud, Salesforce Business Analyst Certified (Mandatory)

PS: Looking only for candidates serving notice period or immediate joining and Mumbai based candidates only.

Role: Salesforce Business Analyst + Support

Key Responsibilities:

Perform L1 support activities including issue triaging and resolution tracking.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem.
