Salesforce Business Analyst with at least 4 years of experience

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce platforms, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, developers, and administrators to optimize Salesforce functionality and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Work with Salesforce developers and admins to design and implement solutions.
  • Conduct gap analysis and propose enhancements to existing Salesforce processes.
  • Create and maintain process flows, data models, and documentation.
  • Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support deployment activities.
  • Provide training and support to end-users.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational standards.
