Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
  • Monitor construction progress, provide solutions to problems, and adjust plans when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of construction activities, inspections, and quality control procedures.
  • Surveying and Site Analysis:
  • Conduct site surveys and analyze the structural integrity of existing buildings or infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with surveyors to collect data for design and analysis.
  • Quality Control and Safety:
  • Ensure the structural integrity of all designs, ensuring that the final product is safe and durable.
  • Oversee safety protocols on construction sites to prevent accidents and ensure worker safety.
  • Perform quality control inspections throughout the project lifecycle to verify the quality of materials and workmanship.
  • Cost Management:
  • Estimate project costs, create budgets, and monitor expenses to ensure cost-effective solutions.
  • Evaluate material costs, labor, and time requirements to optimize project efficiency.
  • Provide financial reports and make adjustments to ensure that projects stay within budget.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹40, ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Goregaon East, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
