Evaluate contractor bills and quantities for accuracy, ensuring they align with project specifications. Supervise site activities, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Direct cost comparison analyses, ensuring projects adhere to financial guidelines. Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports on project costs, schedules and potential challenges.
