Role Overview

We're looking for passionate and driven Inside Sales Executives who can connect, engage, and convert — helping professionals take the next big leap in their careers.

If you've worked in EdTech giants like Simplilearn, UpGrad, Great Learning, or similar, and know how to consultatively sell high-value learning programs, this is your stage to shine.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to present Eduinx's flagship programs

Conduct consultative discussions to understand learner goals and offer the right solutions

Manage leads efficiently through CRM and follow up till successful enrollment

Achieve and exceed monthly revenue and enrollment targets

Coordinate with mentors, operations, and placement teams for smooth onboarding

Maintain and report daily sales activity updates & MIS

What We're Looking For

1–4 years of Inside Sales / B2C EdTech experience

Exceptional communication in English, Hindi, and any additional language

Proven track record of consultative selling and closing high-ticket sales

Strong CRM and follow-up discipline

A passion for education, learning, and helping others grow

Compensation

CTC: Up to ₹6.5 LPA + Attractive Incentives

Exceptional candidates can expect higher packages
