We are hiring a Creative Lead at Repos in Pune (Senapati Bapat Road).

Repos
is looking for an experienced professional with 7–12 years of expertise in design, branding, creative strategy, illustrations, social media campaigns, and digital content creation. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing company that is fuelling possibilities in the energy and sustainability space.

As Creative Lead, you will be responsible for:

Leading the development of impactful branding and design projects

Driving creative campaigns across digital and social media platforms

Building compelling visual storytelling and brand identity

Collaborating with marketing, product, and leadership teams to deliver innovative design solutions

What we are looking for:

Strong portfolio in branding, illustrations, and creative design

Hands-on expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and design tools

Proven ability to craft social media creatives, marketing assets, and digital campaigns

Experience in leading design projects and delivering high-quality creative work in fast-paced environments
