The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative design solutions that push the boundaries of creativity while meeting strategic objectives. This role requires a blend of artistic flair, a deep understanding of design principles, and the ability to think outside the box.Key Responsibilities:
  • Conceptual Design: Develop innovative concepts and translate them into compelling designs across various mediums, including digital, print, and product design.
  • Innovation Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and design new products, services, or processes that enhance the customer experience.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with design trends, emerging technologies, and market shifts to ensure our designs remain at the forefront of innovation.
  • Prototyping: Create prototypes and mockups to test and refine design ideas before final production.
  • Project Management: Lead design projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and engineering teams to ensure that design solutions are aligned with business goals.
  • Client Interaction: Present design concepts to clients or stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions to meet client expectations.
  • Brand Development: Contribute to the development and evolution of the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all design touchpoints.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
  • Manage the whole process from Product Designing to Product Packaging.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field. A Master's degree or specialized training in design or innovation is a plus.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a Graphic Design
  • Skills:
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Corel Draw etc.).
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
  • Experience with prototyping tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think critically and solve complex design challenges creatively.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative and innovative design projects.
