ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT
Role & responsibilities:
· Handle daily accounting and bookkeeping tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
· Maintain Sales & Purchase Registers, manage bank reconciliations, and oversee office voucher entries.
· Take care of billing, stock keeping, and inventory tracking to keep everything updated and organized.
· Prepare professional documents, reports, and presentations for internal and client use.
· Draft and manage emails, communications, and official correspondence.
· Coordinate day-to-day office operations to maintain smooth and efficient workflows.
· Follow up with clients on pending payments and handle customer inquiries professionally.
· Monitor inventory levels and place orders when needed to ensure stock availability.
· Travel locally for official purposes (must be able to drive a 2-wheeler).
Preferred candidate profile:
- Experience with office administrator or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of banking procedure
- Familiar with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of Tally ERP & Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
- Must be able to perform GST procedure as required
- Diploma / B.A. / B. Com preferable
- Must be able to communicate in Gujarati, Hindi, & English languages
