About the Position

The Associate Manager – CSR and Education Programs will lead the design, planning, implementation, and monitoring of CSR-funded education initiatives under BharatCares. The role requires a strong understanding of education-focused interventions, stakeholder engagement, impact measurement, and end-to-end project management. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring program quality, scalability, and measurable impact across locations.

Responsibilities

1. Program Design and Strategy

2. Develop and refine education program frameworks in line with CSR goals and organizational strategy.

3. Design need-based interventions for improving access, quality, and learning outcomes in schools and communities.

4. Contribute to the creation of proposals, concept notes, and project implementation plans.

5. Project Implementation and Management

6. Lead end-to-end execution of CSR-funded education projects across multiple geographies.

7. Coordinate with internal teams, partner NGOs, and government departments for seamless project delivery.
8. Conduct regular field visits to monitor project progress and ensure quality standards.

9. Track project milestones, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely delivery and compliance.

10. Stakeholder and Partnership Management

11. Manage relationships with corporate donors, government bodies, and implementation partners.

12. Represent BharatCares in external stakeholder meetings, reviews, and discussions.

13. Develop MoUs, partnership proposals, and periodic progress reports for donors.

14. Capacity Building and Training

15. Organize and conduct training sessions for teachers, field staff, and partners.

16. Support the design of training modules, learning materials, and evaluation frameworks.

17. Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and cross-learning between project teams.

18. Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting

19. Develop and track project KPIs, outcome indicators, and impact frameworks.

20. Analyze field data and prepare donor reports, case studies, and success stories.

21. Collaborate with the M&E team to ensure data accuracy and evidence-based reporting.

22. Communication and Documentation

23. Prepare communication materials, impact stories, and program collaterals.

24. Contribute to the visibility of education initiatives through internal and external communication platforms.

Mandatory Qualification and Experience:

• Postgraduate degree in Education, Social Work, Development Studies, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in CSR project management, preferably in the education domain.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management, proposal writing, and team leadership.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools preferred.
