Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the digital marketing team to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies across platforms (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Paid Ads, etc.).
  • Oversee content creation, branding activities, and creative campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing performance metrics to maximize ROI.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, sales, product) for integrated marketing efforts.
  • Mentor and guide team members, ensuring skill development and high-quality output.
  • Plan and manage the digital marketing budget effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (2y+ years) in Digital Marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Social Media Ads, Google Analytics, and Marketing Automation Tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
  • A creative mindset with a strategic approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, result-driven environment.
