Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and confident
Business Development Executive(Career Advisor)
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, connecting with potential clients and candidates, and promoting our recruitment services to strengthen Bytewave's presence in the US market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with US-based clients and candidates via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Understand client hiring needs and present suitable recruitment solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term business relationships with clients.
  • Generate new leads and expand the client database.
  • Collaborate with the internal recruitment team to ensure successful candidate placements.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly business development targets.

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written
    English communication skills
    (mandatory).
  • Prior experience in
    Sales
    ,
    Business Development

    US IT Recruitment
    preferred.
  • Comfortable working
    night shifts (US timings)

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
