Were seeking a seasoned PHP Developer to architect, develop, and deliver scalable web applications. This role demands deep technical expertise in PHP (preferably Laravel or Symfony), strong leadership capabilities, and a collaborative mindset to work across product, design, and QA teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end development of complex PHP-based applications
  • Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and code review processes
  • Design scalable architectures and integrate APIs/services
  • Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, and QA teams for seamless delivery
  • Stay current with emerging PHP frameworks, tools, and industry trends
  • Drive sprint planning, estimations, and ensure timely delivery

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8–12 years of professional PHP development experience
  • Hands-on expertise with PHP, Laravel / Symfony (or equivalent frameworks)
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive front-end integration
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices, and third-party integrations
  • Solid knowledge of MySQL / NoSQL databases and query optimization
  • Exposure to DevOps tools like CI/CD, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
  • Proven track record in leading and mentoring development teams
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Education

Bachelor's / Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
