Role & responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain dynamic web applications using PHP and CodeIgniter.
  • Write optimized SQL queries, manage database schemas, and ensure data security.
  • Integrate third-party APIs and create custom RESTful APIs.
  • Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software to improve performance and functionality.
  • Follow best coding practices with proper documentation.

Required Skills

  • 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in PHP development.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and database design principles.
  • Proven experience with the CodeIgniter framework.
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs and integration techniques.
  • Experience in JavaScript for interactive front-end features.
  • Exposure to React is an added advantage.
