  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer support) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Represent the company professionally at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
