Retail Sales Executive

- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels (e.g., networking, lead generation, cold calling).
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets and quotas.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize sales performance.
- Manage and maintain a portfolio of existing accounts, building strong customer relationships.
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to tailor product recommendations and sales pitches.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer support) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Represent the company professionally at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
