Role Description

  • Manage daily operations of the experience centre and ensure smooth customer flow.
  • Greet and engage walk-in customers, showcase products, and provide design consultations.
  • Maintain attractive product displays, visual merchandising, and store upkeep.
  • Achieve sales targets through effective customer service and team performance.
  • Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams for order execution.
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
  • Handle customer queries, feedback, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Train and guide showroom staff to deliver excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Retail Sales and general Sales processes
  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Relationship Building
  • Strong Communication skills for engaging with diverse customers
  • Ability to work collaboratively and achieve sales targets under minimal supervision
  • Prior experience in the retail or furniture industry is an added advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
