Performance Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads
(Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and LinkedIn Ads.
Manage end-to-end paid media strategy, execution, and performance tracking to drive
engagement, leads, and conversions.
Conduct audience research and implement advanced targeting strategies to enhance
campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives, including
static and video ads.
Monitor and analyze ad performance metrics using platforms like Google Analytics,
Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Implement A/B testing strategies to improve ad copy, creative, and targeting for maximum
ROI.
Plan and execute retargeting and lookalike audience campaigns to increase brand
awareness and conversions.
Optimize ad budgets and bid strategies to maximize campaign efficiency and meet business
goals.
Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to improve
campaign performance.
Prepare detailed performance reports and provide strategic recommendations for ongoing
campaign improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in performance marketing, paid media strategy, and campaign
management.
Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads,
and Google Analytics.
Strong understanding of PPC, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and audience
segmentation.
Ability to analyze campaign data, generate insights, and adjust strategies for optimal
performance.
Experience in budget allocation, bid strategy, and cost-per-acquisition (CPA)
optimization.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with design, content, and
development teams.
Creative problem-solving skills with a results-driven approach.
