About us & Profile Description:

A growing small-scale technology company providing comprehensive services in Networking, Projector Sales & Services, NAS Drives, CCTV Solutions, Printer Sales & Services, Firewalls, Biometric & Access Control Systems, Router Configurations, and more is looking for a committed and organized Accounts-cum-Admin Executive to handle both accounting functions and administrative responsibilities. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can efficiently manage financial records as well as administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounting Duties:

· Maintain complete accounting records in Tally ERP.

· Prepare invoices, manage payments, and oversee expenses and income transactions.

· Manage bank reconciliations, petty cash, and financial documentation.

· Assist in preparing financial reports and maintaining compliance with tax-related documents (GST, TDS, etc.).

· Coordinate with the auditor for financial statements and statutory audits.

Administrative Duties:

Manage day-to-day office administrative tasks including office supplies, stationery management, and vendor coordination.

Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and support in payroll processing.

Handle routine correspondence, documentation, and filing.

Assist in general administrative support for various departments.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.

· Proven work experience (minimum 1 year) in Accounting and Admin roles.

· Proficiency and hands-on experience in Tally ERP is mandatory.

· Good understanding of accounting principles and administrative processes.

· Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
