Job Description
We are looking for a
Junior Technical Support & Business Coordinator
who can bridge communication between clients and the technical team, understand business requirements, and assist in delivering effective solutions.

The ideal candidate should possess strong logical thinking, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt to dynamic project environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with clients to understand business requirements and functionalities.
  • Prepare and maintain project-related documentation after discussions with clients and internal teams.
  • Provide technical support and coordinate between business and development teams.
  • Understand and analyze business functionality to assist in project execution.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Handle situations logically and efficiently under minimal supervision.
  • Support project coordination and assist in tracking project progress.

Required Skills

  • Must have Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Basic understanding of business processes and functionalities.
  • Strong logical and analytical thinking.
  • Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies.
  • Knowledge of designing tools (e.g., Figma) will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to handle client discussions and create requirement documents.
