Job Title: SEO Manager

Location: Mohali, Punjab

Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years

Employment Type: Full-time (On-site/Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies that target AI-driven search results, including Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Bing Copilot visibility.
  • Conduct keyword and intent research specific to travel and airline-related content.
  • Plan and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies focused on lead generation and quick results.
  • Optimize site architecture, meta tags, and schema (FAQ, Article, HowTo) to maximize AI-based exposure.
  • Identify ranking opportunities, algorithm patterns, and fast-result techniques to improve SERP visibility.
  • Create and manage content plans that align with SEO goals and business lead targets.
  • Analyse traffic, rankings, and conversion data using Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and AI-driven SEO tools.
  • Collaborate with the paid marketing and design teams to align organic and paid campaigns for higher conversions.
  • Build authority backlinks and manage content outreach for travel niche websites.
  • Monitor competitors, identify SEO "tricks" or strategies that are delivering faster results, and adapt them ethically.
  • Report weekly and monthly progress on keyword ranking, lead generation, and AI Overview presence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in SEO with a proven track record of achieving fast and measurable results.
  • Strong understanding of Google's AI-driven results (SGE, AI Overview, and Featured Snippets).
  • Proven ability in lead generation through organic channels — both local and international.
  • Expertise in technical SEO, schema markup, site audits, and content optimization.
  • Excellent understanding of E-E-A-T, entity-based SEO, and semantic optimization.
  • Ability to analyze competitor strategies and reverse-engineer tactics for quick wins.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, RankMath, or SurferSEO.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, WordPress, and content publishing workflows.
  • Good communication and analytical reporting skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in the travel industry, airline information sites, or flight booking portals.
  • Familiarity with AI content optimization tools such as ChatGPT, NeuronWriter, or
  • Knowledge of lead tracking and conversion tools such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Google Tag Manager.
  • Awareness of AI SEO trends and SERP automation strategies for quick visibility.
