SEO Manager for Night Shift

Key Responsibilities: NIGHT SHIFT

  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic visibility.
  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend evaluation.
  • Optimize on-page elements including meta tags, headings, internal linking, and content structure.
  • Manage off-page SEO activities including link-building campaigns and outreach.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
  • Collaborate with the content and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and industry changes.
  • Manage and guide junior SEO team members for task execution and skill improvement.

Requirements:

  • 4–5 years of proven SEO experience, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Proficiency in keyword research, on-page, and off-page optimization techniques.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and WordPress or other CMS platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
