About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven SEO Manager to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in managing end-to-end SEO strategies for international projects, along with proven experience in client communication and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities


• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to drive organic traffic and improve SERP rankings.


• Handle international SEO projects, ensuring strategies align with global market trends.


• Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits to identify growth opportunities.


• Optimize on-page and off-page SEO elements, including content, meta tags, backlinks, and technical SEO.


• Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.


• Collaborate with the content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated.


• Lead and mentor a team of SEO executives, ensuring project deliverables are met with quality and timelines.


• Manage client communication, reporting, and performance reviews with clarity and professionalism.


• Stay updated with latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices to keep strategies ahead of competition.

Key Requirements


• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in SEO strategy, execution, and management.


• Strong knowledge of international SEO practices and experience working with global clients.


• Proven ability in client handling, project management, and delivering measurable results.


• Expertise in SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.


• Excellent understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.


• Leadership experience in handling a team of SEO professionals.
