Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Jaipur. The specialist will be responsible for driving sales efforts, providing excellent customer service, managing client relationships, and conducting product and service presentations. Additional responsibilities include creating and implementing sales strategies, identifying new sales opportunities, and supporting the training and development of the sales team. Collaboration with the marketing team to execute campaigns and achieve business objectives will also form a key part of this role.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders
  • Proficiency in customer service and relationship management to ensure client satisfaction
  • Experience in sales and sales management, including planning and executing strategies to achieve targets
  • Ability to train and support team members to improve overall sales performance
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify trends and optimize sales processes
  • Previous experience in the real estate industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
