WHAT YOU WILL DO

As the Associate Lead of Employee Experience, you will take the lead in designing and driving the employee experience strategy, ensuring our employees feel valued, supported, and motivated at every stage of their journey at Noora Health. You will work cross-functionally with teams across the organization to ensure that our work environment is inclusive, growth-oriented, and aligned with our organizational values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Employee Engagement: Lead and implement employee engagement strategies that foster a positive and motivating work environment. Use data-driven insights to continually assess engagement levels and refine initiatives to meet the needs of our diverse workforce.
  • Culture and Values Advocacy: Champion and embed Noora Health's values across the organization. Develop programs that promote inclusivity, empathy, and collaboration, ensuring alignment between the employee experience and the organization's mission.
  • Onboarding & Integration Leadership: Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a seamless, welcoming, and informative experience for new employees. Continuously optimize the day plan for new joiners and work on creating role-specific onboarding journeys.
  • Leadership Development & Performance Management: Partner with People Operations and senior leaders to design leadership development programs and performance management systems that support career growth, recognition, and skill-building for employees at all levels.
  • Well-being & Employee Support: Lead initiatives that focus on holistic employee well-being, including mental health, work-life balance, and personal development. Manage wellness programs, team-building activities, and other employee support resources.
  • Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Implement and oversee regular feedback mechanisms (pulse surveys, employee forums, etc.). Use feedback data to provide actionable insights and continuously improve employee programs, policies, and processes.
  • Diversity & Inclusion Leadership: Drive diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring that all employees have equal opportunities for growth and are supported in an inclusive and safe work environment.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the Brand and Communications team to ensure consistent and effective messaging around employee experience initiatives. Design and implement internal and cross functional communications strategies that keep employees informed, engaged, and aligned with organizational goals.
  • Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and coordinating employee events, ATM's, and social activities that build a strong sense of community and engagement within Noora Health..
  • Change Management & Communication: Support the organization through periods of change by ensuring transparent communication, strong employee support, and minimizing disruption. Manage internal communication around employee experience initiatives, ensuring key messages reach all employees.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • 6-8 years of experience in Employee Experience, HR, or People Operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in leading large-scale employee engagement and well-being programs.
  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to turn insights into actionable plans.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth understanding of HR best practices, organizational development, and employee relations.
  • Experience with HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, employee survey tools, performance management platforms).
  • High emotional intelligence and the ability to manage sensitive employee matters with discretion and care.
  • Ability to influence senior leadership and drive cross-functional initiatives with high impact.
  • Demonstrated success in managing projects, solving complex challenges, and driving cultural change.
